We did get confirmation that our insurance company has "authorized" the surgery!  Which basically means that they are approving it and will pay something on it. 

I should hear from the insurance person at the doctor's office on Monday with how our benefits break down, what it will cover, etc!  (ain't gonna lie....was really hoping to know today....)

God's time, not mine.  Be still and know.
