Keegan has had 2 loose teeth. Not terribly loose, just loose. Keegan likes to "work" her teeth out. She does not let those suckers hang around for long.
So after a little effort.....

Mia is the same way. She yanks those teeth right out! Keegan has beautiful teeth. Looks like she will not need braces.
